Returns & refunds

Every TeenyTude Threads tee is printed to order - your shirt does not exist until you order it. Because of that, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an ordered size that did not fit. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering; if you are unsure, ask us - we would much rather size you right the first time.

Something arrived damaged or wrong?

That is on us, and we will fix it. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.

Cancelling an order

Orders go to production quickly. If you need to cancel or change something (size, color, address), contact us as soon as possible - if the order has not gone to print yet, we will cancel or update it. Once printing has started, we can no longer cancel.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your order stalled or lost, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a replacement at no cost.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
