Welcome to TeenyTude Threads. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We have kept them in plain language on purpose.
1. Who we are
TeenyTude Threads is a family-run apparel shop based in Texas, United States. All products are made to order and fulfilled by our US print-on-demand production partner.
2. Orders and production
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Each item is printed to order: production takes 2-5 business days before shipping. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability - if that happens, you will be refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Sale prices apply only while displayed. Payment is processed at checkout by secure third-party payment providers; we never store your card details.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping timelines and costs are described on the shipping page. Because products are made to order, returns are limited as described in our returns policy.
5. Intellectual property
All designs, product photos, and text on this site belong to TeenyTude Threads. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs commercially without written permission.
6. Product appearance
Garment-dyed apparel has natural, slight color variation between batches - that is part of its character. Screen colors may also differ slightly from the physical product. Such variations are not defects.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeenyTude Threads is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
