This policy explains what data TeenyTude Threads collects, why, and what your choices are. Short version: we collect only what is needed to fulfill your order and improve the shop, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

Order data. When you buy, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and the items ordered. Payment details are processed by our payment providers and never stored on our servers.

Contact messages. When you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can answer.

Analytics. With your consent (see cookie banner), we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site - pages viewed, products added to cart. Analytics is disabled until you accept.

How we use it

To produce and deliver your order, answer your messages, send order-status emails, and - only with consent - measure how the shop is used so we can improve it. We do not send marketing emails without a separate opt-in.

Who we share it with

Only the partners required to run the shop: our print-on-demand production partner (name, address and items - so your order can be printed and shipped), payment providers (payment processing), and analytics providers (aggregated usage data, if consented). We never sell personal data.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart working. Analytics cookies are optional and off by default - you choose in the cookie banner, and can change your mind anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

How long we keep data

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Contact messages are kept until resolved, then archived. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. Email hello@teenytudethreads.com and we will handle it promptly.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
